Wow has this past year gone by like a flash..its nearly 2009 and i havent got many of the things i vowed to do at the end of 2007 lol..ah well..another year approaches..
I havent been online in some time now, or submitted any new work mainly due to lack of time and horrible weather! Even though downpours and wind storms are extremely atmospheric, my camera wouldnt appreciate the idea...I do have a few new ones that have been put up at the Full Vision account and am getting a few together for here, lots of landscapes.. the mountains look amazing here this time of year all capped with snow. Many people seemingly label myself and my husband as 'goths' i personally hate labels though, but they find it funny apparently that one such as myself would aim her photography at nature and landscapes.. its one aspect of interests in taking photos but certainly not the only..people sooo need to stop stereotyping!
Among other things in life i have fairly recently joined up in what is widely known as 'The Truth Movement'.. a group with extreme rising numbers of anti-establishment, non-conformist anti-governmental types and so on.. people that are often labeled as conspiracy theorist weirdos, but that really isnt the case these days.. a lot seems to be going on behind the scenes in this world and it made me start to wonder who exactly is running things.. hence the search began many years ago.. only fairly recently has it exploded into the so called underground communities..time will tell what is to take place, if anything at all during the next few years..
So studies have taken up quite a lot of my time recently, and of course the holidays.. which i hope you all had a wonderful one! it was lovely here, we escape much of the crazed consumption of material goods..at least to an extent and more so than many others.. but with a 6 year old boy one can not escape it all..thats alright really, we make up for it in other areas in a way.. My in-laws were horrified to hear that we arent raising our son to believe in the now fictional coca cola idea of Santa Claus.. i just can not justify lying to our child in such a way, we are raising him to be honest so what the hell kind of example would it set if we lied to such a major extent to him? and it certainly does not effect his excitement for Yuletide day itself..its always been more about just presents.. there is always a certain kind of energy, and warmth in the air all around..
Anyhow, the boy is off for his holiday break and driving me mad! so i must go.. i hope this finds you all doing well, both in health and spirits and that you are looking forward to the coming year!
